Social Media Links
We’d love for you to share our conference with your audience! Below we have included some downloadable materials as well as relevant links to help you promote your presentation on whichever media channel you prefer. To download the material, please click the button and then save the image.
You can post the speaker badge to your social media, or share the program with your friends and colleagues. Make sure you tag the NRM & Coastal Conference when sharing, and use the hashtag #NRMCC22
Presentation Upload
Via the button below, please upload your PowerPoint presentation in widescreen (16:9) pptx. format by c.o.b Friday, 16th of September. This ensures we have ample time to review your presentation and test it on the venue systems. While you may bring an updated copy on a USB to the conference, our preference is to have the final version in advance to minimise stress on the AV team and event staff during the event.
Program
The draft program has been shared with you. Please let Florian (florian@partnerandprosper.com.au) know if the allocated timing doesn’t work for you. Note, the program is tentative and subject to change by the organisers.
Oral Presentation
If you are presenting an oral presentation, your 15 – minute presentation is exclusive of Q&A. If you wish to engage in Q&A, we suggest allocating 2 – 3 additional minutes to facilitate deeper discussion. We will be timekeeping on the day, but it is important speakers manage their own time to provide the optimal experience for all speakers and delegates.
Lightning Presentation
Lightning presentations are flexible in their presentation style. You may choose to have slides, play a video, or simply speak for 5 minutes. It is up to you. Lightning presenters will not receive time for Q&A during their session and you are encouraged to connect with delegates during breaks to further conversation.
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters are encouraged to stand with their posters during breaks, to network and present their content with interested attendees. Posters will be placed at high-foot traffic areas in the venue, like the exhibition space, to ensure maximum visibility.
Accepted posters must be printed by the authors as an A1 portrait (width 594 mm x height 841 mm) document and brought to the Conference by the presenting author. Fixing material will be provided and you will receive a spot on the art gallery wall to stick your poster too. To have your poster included in the conference, you must purchase a registration.
Interaction / Engagement
We are looking at several ways to increase interactivity with our audience and will be in touch soon regarding options closer to the date.
