For the last 6 years Gilda has been travelling the state providing best practice advice to those who manage volunteers as the Manager Training and Sector Development for Volunteering WA. Formerly a lecturer in Sustainability, Gilda’s passion for NRM has seen her being a hands-on volunteer for many years.
